"Do not go where the path may lead, go instead where there is no path and leave a trail."
---Ralph Waldo Emerson

Kim Leadford was born to lead. In the past 12 years, Kim has managed jazz clubs, Five Star restaurants, a record label, an army platoon, and the career of avant-soul piano diva, Kristi Martel.  She has also dabbled quite a bit in politics, where she has served Senator Jack Reed in Washington, D.C., Brian Kennedy in the Rhode Island General Assembly, and Rhode Island Attorney General Patrick Lynch.

Kim has also distinguished herself in academia. In her undergraduate studies, Kim received degrees in both Philosophy and Political Science, graduating summa cum laude in only three years of study. In law school, Kim earned a spot on Temple Law’s Political and Civil Rights Law Review. Most notably, Kim helped form Team USA in the prestigious Philip C. Jessup International Law Moot Court competition in Washington D.C. where she competed alongside teams from over 80 countries, scoring in the top 10% of all oralists in the world. Kim also won the Award for First Place Oralist and Second Place Brief in the Jessup Southern Regional competition.

Drawing from her multi-disciplinary experience, Kim offers a unique perspective for emerging and established artists. Kim’s services include artist management, artist representation, strategic consultation, and negotiation.
